Our Solution
Having previously been on a Siemens phone system at different sites, mobile contracts all over the place and slow internet installs for new sites popping up. HG Construction thought there had to be another way. Working with IBT together they managed to work out that there was a different way. They deployed 3CX hosted phone system across sites so all staff could contact each other easily, see visuals of who was available to take calls and reduced call costs. Another major benefit was the rapid deployment of broadband at new sites. It was all up and running within 24 hours in some cases of an order being placed. Finally the mobiles. Hundreds of mobiles, sims, all out of sinc. A minefield for anyone to understand.
